2011 Children's Expanded Play Area
|
|
Entertainment and Activities
for Kids of All
Ages!
The expanded children’s play area has become a festival
in its own right.
Amusements will include the customary bounce houses but has so much
more for young people of all ages, obstacle course, bungee jumping, a
giant slide, rock climbing, turbo tubs (like spinning tea cups) and
even the return of the very popular mechanical bull. We've heard there
are some adults excited about riding this bull too!
Kids will have a chance to have their "crazy hair" done by the
fantastic professionals from Studio by Angi, get their faces painted,
try on an elaborate temporary tattoo, and dress up in costume.
Photographers will be on hand in key locations to capture the wild
moments you won't want to forget. Every child attending the festival
can get a free pumpkin from the pumpkin patch.
Those wishing to decorate them can do so in our expanded arts and
crafts area, where they can also try their hand at making a fairy or
pirate lantern, spin
art,
giant bubbles, sand and wax art, and see artists giving demonstrations.
The stage will be busy with performing groups (like the amazing
tumblers from The Little Gym) all day to dazzle and entertain the
younsters.
What a great day we have planned for the kids!
